MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

Tauntus Beauty Bar., will make every attempt to ship all items contained in an order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for products contained in each shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. Separate shipping charges will not be incurred, and the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt will be used. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order, with no further charges to be incurred by the consumer.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tauntus Beauty Bar., reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled in its entirety, the portion not supplied will be refunded, and the remainder of the order will be shipped.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 72 hours of purchase, orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed and sent the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Every effort will be made to fulfill your order, you may be offered similar or alternate items if the current item is out of stock or unavailable. Your approval of alternate items will be required and obtained via email. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

RETURNS

All Sales are Final; however, we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Return request for defective products must be made within 3 days of delivery. A picture of the defective product must be sent to tauntuscosmetics@gmail.com along with your name, email used for purchase and order number. If the item cannot be repaired with minimal effort by customer, another product (if in stock) or similar item (if approved by customer) will be shipped. Otherwise a store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued in the amount including tax and a coupon code for shipping expense will also be included.
SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time -- Products ship within 72 hours of purchase, orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed and sent the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Tauntus Beauty Bar, LLC at our discretion, will occasionaly offer exchange of merchandise. Additional shipping charges will be incured by the Customer, for both the return of the original item and the shipment of replacement. An invoice will be sent with applicable shipping charges to customer along with an Electronic (PDF) Shipping Label to be used. Additional Shipping Invoice MUST be paid in full prior to shipping label creation or electronic delivery to customer email on file for order.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
You will be sent a tracking number when your order is processed. This number can be used on the official USPS site to track your shipment and make arrangements for delivery if necessary. Tauntus Cosmetics Inc/Tauntus Beauty Bar LLC, is not responsible for Lost, Misdirected, Stolen or Delayed packages please contact USPS to initiate an investigation or file a claim if required. TAXES

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Tauntus Beauty Bar, LLC holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
PRODUCE DESCRIPTION ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to human error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Tauntus Beauty Bar, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Tauntus Beauty Bar., shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of order confirmation or charges to your credit card. In the event your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Tauntus Beauty Bar., will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price..,
